This course provides an overview of the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, commonly referred to as, "Uniform Guidance", located in Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Chapter 200 (2 CFR 200).
The intent of the Uniform Guidance was to establish a consistent set of guidelines for financial and program management that applies to all forms of organizations. As a recipient or subrecipient of Federal funds, your organization is required to comply with these guidelines. Therefore, it is important for you to be familiar with all provisions.
